I just had Monty repair my Tron machine and wanted to leave a comment for your customers to view online. I would love to let others know about how amazing the work was and how great of a guy Monty truly is. I have had several machines in over the years and have tried several repair persons and not one of them could measure up to Monty's attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and above all a fantastic personality. It's been a pleasure getting to him and I can honestly say that I believe he may turn out as a great friend of ours as well because no one will be repairing my games except for you guys there at K&M Amusements! Absolutely top notch work and it was truly a fun experience as well. When I bought the Tron from someone, I looked at the wiring hack, and thought, "oh no!". This thing was a complete mess and was worth every single penny I paid them It was so bad that I assumed I'd have to pay for someone to come and take it away It had CRT issues, board issues, wiring, etc., was perfect. A word of advise to anyone looking professional work and quality, look no further than K&M.

Hey Kim and Monty, I just wanted to thank you again for my Donkey Kong machine and all the extra work you put in making it look brand new!!! You went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate it, you two are awesome!!! I just got a new high score: 219,300! You can tell Steve Wiebe, Billy Mitchell and Hank Chien that I’m coming for their high scores! Anyway, I hope all is well and I’ll see you both when I’m ready to purchase another machine! Take care!

I was having trouble with my video game monitor and had gone to three different people who were unable to solve the problem for me. Then I found Monty. Not only did he solve my problem but he set up my monitor to work perfectly and also gave me additional helpful information to make my own minor adjustments when I reinstalled the monitor in my game. Monty is absolutely a joy to work with and his wife Kim is equally terrific. Monty is now my only go-to guy for arcade issues. Thanks Kim and Monty!

Monty is the best when it comes to video game repair in the Kansas City area. He converted my Pacman Cocktail table to a 48-in-1 in a timely manner, and added some extra rams at no additional charge, just to make sure everything was right.
He also fixed the monitor on my Ms. Pac-Man, and Arch Rivals uprights, which was great because I was able to keep them both original, as well as keep my expense down. The Ms. Pac-Man upright was my first arcade, and I had 2 repair bids before finding Monty, and both instantly just tried to sell me new China Made monitors, and all new parts, costing well over a thousand dollars, without even offering to see if it might just be a simple fix. Monty was the exact opposite. He fixed the bad pieces, and saved me 80% of the cost I was quoted by the other two guys. After that I was an instant loyal customer, and have since brought 2 other games to him with total satisfaction upon completion.
All in all, Monty really cares about the customer, not just taking the customers money, like 90% of business's we unfortunately have to deal with in today's market. He's extremely nice, and will bend over backwards to help not just the customer, but anyone that happens to cross his path in genaral life. I respect him very much, and consider him a good friend now after all he has done for me, and my games.

It was great meeting you today and chatting with you about arcades and stuff, and I sincerely appreciate you working on my monitor. In just a half hour of tinkering while I was standing there, you accomplished more than the two other "repair" guys I had worked with on this thing over the past couple of weeks.
