I recently purchased an arcade machine on eBay. The machine left a lot to be desired. Among other issues, the monitor was not working properly. I feel very fortunate to have found this website and hired Monty to fix my monitor. He and Kim spent several hours at my home to correct the issue. He refused to stop until it worked properly.
