He also fixed the monitor on my Ms. Pac-Man, and Arch Rivals uprights, which was great because I was able to keep them both original, as well as keep my expense down. The Ms. Pac-Man upright was my first arcade, and I had 2 repair bids before finding Monty, and both instantly just tried to sell me new China Made monitors, and all new parts, costing well over a thousand dollars, without even offering to see if it might just be a simple fix. Monty was the exact opposite. He fixed the bad pieces, and saved me 80% of the cost I was quoted by the other two guys. After that I was an instant loyal customer, and have since brought 2 other games to him with total satisfaction upon completion.
All in all, Monty really cares about the customer, not just taking the customers money, like 90% of business's we unfortunately have to deal with in today's market. He's extremely nice, and will bend over backwards to help not just the customer, but anyone that happens to cross his path in genaral life. I respect him very much, and consider him a good friend now after all he has done for me, and my games.
