Thank you for a wonderful job in repairing four separate machines. I had two other experts try to repair one of the pinballs and they couldn't get it fixed. You two did the job and then three more that didn't work all for a price that I had already spent on the first machine without  results.  thank you both. By the way Kim does a lot more than polish and replace rubbers and bulbs.

Hey Kim & Monty -

I took a moment to take a few more snapshots after our conversation. I also wanted to take a moment to thank you both for calling me back and to let you know that I really enjoyed our conversation and appreciate everything that you've already done. It's hard to find experienced people in such an industry that is not followed by an attitude or ego. Being able to talk to someone as polite, considerate and willing to share knowledge is very refreshing. Please believe me when I say that the appreciation is all on this side of the table. I live in Washington state, and I had been locating for a Donkey Kong cocktail game in good shape for over a year.  Despite the fact the Kansas City was so far away, I contacted Monty on the off chance he would be willing to sell his Donkey Kong cocktail that he had listed and ship it all the way to me in Washington.  He said that he could do it and that it was not a problem at all.  The machine arrived in excellent condition.  I can't thank Monty and Kim enough for their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers.  I wish we had someone like K & M Amusements in Washington state.  Thanks again Monty and Kim for everything.

I wanted to thank you for the superior and professional customer service that you provided when fixing my pinball machine.  I can't tell you how happy I was to get everything working properly!  I reached a high score the first night of 2,308,560.  We are having so much fun!  I would highly recommend your services!

I recently purchased an arcade machine on eBay. The machine left a lot to be desired. Among other issues, the monitor was not working properly. I feel very fortunate to have found this website and hired Monty to fix my monitor. He and Kim spent several hours at my home to correct the issue. He refused to stop until it worked properly. I was very impressed his skill, determination, and professionalism.
