REPAIR
We repair pinball machines and video arcade games. We will do on-site repairs (see rate schedule below), or we will pick up a game, take it to our shop and deliver it back to the customer once the repair is completed. Or, of course, customers may drop the game off at our shop for repair.
SERVICECustomer drops off game at our shop.
We drive to customer's location and repair onsite.
We drive to customer's location, pick up the game, repair it in our shop, and return the game to the customer's location.

* Our $100.00 service call fee is a ONE TIME fee! In other words, sometimes when we do an onsite repair, we find that we have to order parts, or we have to take your monitor into our shop to rebuild. In these cases, we will have to make a return call to your location. That return call is ON US. We will not charge you more than that initial $100.00 service call fee.
MONITORS
K & M Amusements specializes in monitor repair. Monty once owned a TV shop, so he knows monitors! He rebuilds vector monitors (i.e. Asteroids and Tempest), and Wells Gardner U5000 monitors as well. This is next to impossible to find in Kansas City!

If he does not use a meter (or other pertinent electronics testing equipment) to inspect your game, then he has no electronics knowledge and should NOT be touching your game. ***
